Vincent Haycock
Vincent Haycock, is a filmmaker, creative director and photographer living and working in Los Angeles. He is known for his “striking and otherworldly music videos”, most notably in his recent ongoing collaboration with rapper Maxo – who Vincent supervised creative direction, including LP artwork and directed a series of videos, for the artist’s album ‘Mars Is Electric’.
Additional promo highlights include Dua Lipa’s ‘Training Season’, Leonard Cohen’s ‘The Hills’, Lana Del Rey’s ‘West Coast’, Kelsey Lu ‘Shades of Blue’, Paul McCartney ‘Early Days’, and Florence and the Machine’s 49-minute visual album ‘The Odyssey’. The short film he made for U2, “Song for Someone”, starring Woody Harrelson, premiered at Sundance.
His commercial work includes Fan Life 2.0 for Spotify, alongside further campaigns for Nike, adidas, Zalando, Apple, Instagram, Essentia Water and Volvo.
Vincent & Florence Welch’s photo book, “Don’t Go Blindly Into the Dark” was released in 2019, alongside an exhibition in Berlin. “Shades”, a zine of artwork and photos in collaboration with Kelsey Lu was published by Total Luxury Spa.
The short story “Waiting on Friend”, about his father’s life as a monk, was published by Somesuch Stories in 2023 and is being developed into his first feature film.
